Social Media Marketing for Webster's Marketplace - Ripon, WI
While working at my current job at Webster's Marketplace (in Ripon, WI), I am also creating posts for social media to use on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. I create graphics, videos and events for the store, in addition to texts and emails to our subscribers. Webster's is a locally-owned and operated grocery store that serves many surrounding communities including Ripon. We are known for our excellent customer service, attention to detail, and community service.
The created content includes in-store events, product and sales promotions, holiday celebrations, store services promotions, good review showcases, and more. I create most of the content using Canva and with Adobe products, and upload the posts using Hootsuite.
I research and come up with the best types of posts for the store myself, along with some requests by the store directors, and present my ideas to our promotions team. All of my posts are created and developed by myself, along with some modeling help from my coworkers. After posting, I monitor the engagement and reach coming from the posts, and adjust my strategy accordingly.

Social Media Audit and Marketing Measurement Model for Thrasher Opera House (in Green Lake, WI)
As part of a project for Digital Marketing Analytics class at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, me along with three other group members utilized Google Analytics data for a local business's website and developed a report on how they can change the site to accomplish their goals. The firm we worked with was the Thrasher Opera House in Green Lake, WI, a small town performing arts center that has been operating for over 110 years.
My group discovered issues and current hindrances with Thrasher's website and how it misaligns with their set goals, and we developed a report on how they can reorganize effectively in both their social media strategies and through their website.
Social Media Posts for Wild Ones (a national non-profit organization based in Neenah, WI)
Facebook posts created during my internship with Wild Ones, a national non-profit organization based in Neenah, WI, dedicated to promoting biodiversity through preservation of native plants. Wild Ones has chapters all across the nation, and I worked as their intern in 2021.
These posts were created for a initiative developed by me along with the social media director of Wild Ones to highlight as many of the chapters as we could overall (who replied with photos upon our request). We wanted to display what they were currently accomplishing in social media posts.

Posts were shared on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn, each having a specifically worded post and hashtags to fit the needs of the platform. Posts were shared by a couple different accounts in the end, but I developed the original posts overall.

This website was created in Spring 2021 for IWM Portfolio Seminar class, including a Facebook page and posts for artist Thomas Schultz. The project was to increase awareness and to develop an online presence for the artist. Since the website was created for my father's business, I will be updating it in the future, and plan to add more to his Facebook presence.
